Designed for use with the model DSP501A automatic dispenser. The autotube system has been engineered to address the waste and discomfort that result when dispensing from collapsible tubes. With the autotube method, a nozzle adapter is simply connected to a tube. The tube and adapter are then inserted into a cartridge and the assembly secured within a high-pressure retainer.

The DA35 extrudes high viscosity material under pressure directly from a pre-filled can. Suitable for automatic and semi-automatic controlled dispensing applications which require a constant supply of air-free material. By using the DA35, air bubbles and material voids that are caused by handling or decanting viscose material are prevented.

How to dispense high viscosity materials from a pre-filled can or pail? It’s easy with the autocan system. No need to transfer material from one can to another container. Simply remove the top of the can and place under the extruder pump. Lower the extruder and follower-plate into the can. All the material beneath the follower-plate will be dispensed with minimum waste.

The liquid is extruder-fed to a 790HPNM high-pressure valve seated within a pistol grip for comfort. The valve is operated by the DSP501A dispenser and activated by a trigger switch in the pistol grip. The system can deliver manual or accurately timed deposits, preventing drip or post extrusion.

Featuring a larger internal air solenoid recommended for operations that require an immediate and fast reaction for de-pressurization. Examples include: collapsible toothpaste-type tube, caulking, cartridge reservoirs and rotary-table operations.

When multiple dispense programs are required, the digital fluid dispenser provides up to six (6) different time settings, easily recalled for sequential operation. In addition two air-regulated outputs are available for single or  simultaneous dual-dispensing operations. A suck-back control delivers vacuum to both outputs.
Two valves may also be controlled with the unit.
Program time settings are displayed in large red L.E.D. characters. Memory is non-volatile. Programming can be self-taught with simple loading of each program.
