UV Flood   Print  E-mail

UV Flood is a high performance, high intensity light curing system. Maintenance free, it incorporates a 400W, ozone-free long life lamp and a highly efficient reflector for maximum output. The system is designed for convenience of use in any curing process as it is highly portable. It is also suitable for use with conveyors.

Features

High Output Intensity
With its 400 watts lamp, the unit proides an exceptionally high intensity over an area more than 20 x 15(cm).

Microprocessor control
With a microprocessor, various parameters crucial for good processes can be easily set. To prevent unauthorised changes of parameters, password can be set.

Lamp Intensity Setting
The system allows the setting of different intensity levels. This provides flexible and additional control for sensituve curing process

Exposure Time Setting
A feature not found with equipment of this range is the integrated shutter. This shutter allows the users to determine duration of cure with the internal timer.

Safety
With the intergrated shutter closed, users will be shielded from UV exposure.

LCD Display
With the LCD display, information can be viewed easily.
