Sensors

Sensors have a wide range of applications, from temperature sensors installed in family air conditioning, wireless tire pressure sensors in cars, and contact and non-contact RFID sensor cards.

The types and classes of adhesive and encapsulant required in this industry are also extremely stringent as some of the sensors may be used in critical processes, such as those in gas leakage detectors.

Product Characteristics:

  • The molded casing material must provide excellent adhesion.
  • Thermal conductivity of about 0.5 ~ 1.5 W-m°C.
  • Easy to mix, good fluidity for injection molding.
