Furthermore, integrating optional features like UV Sensor enables real-time monitoring and auto adjustments of UV intensity ensuring comprehensive curing throughout the manufacturing process and the implementation of smart features such as in-built LED failure detection allows users to identify and address issues instantly before they pose larger risks.
Remote screen control is a feature that allows the supervisory control of one or more UVLED controllers via web browser. Users can monitor and operate the system by simply visiting the IP address of the controller. Standard user interfaces will be displayed once the connection is established between controller and user’s PC. Target and current intensity, curing time, remaining time, and temperature available on the web browser for the user to monitor and control. Users can also start and stop the curing process remotely.
